Full Stack Team Lead

Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead • 5+ years of Full-Stack development experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization • Experience with k8s / OpenShift – big advantage! • Experience with SaaS – big advantage! Preferred Qualifications • Experience with generative AI technologies or AI API integration • Knowledge of vector databases • Familiarity with cloud platforms and real-time data processing • Experience with authentication systems and performance optimization
