We are seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to join our dynamic investment team. The analyst will play a key role in evaluating and executing transactions in aerospace and defense, conducting in-depth research, and providing strategic insights that drive growth.

• Conduct industry, company, and financial analysis for potential acquisitions.

• Build and maintain valuation models (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).

• Support due diligence across financial, operational, and legal workstreams.

• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.

• Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and defense industry developments.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Excellent research, writing, and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with the aerospace and defense sector is a plus.
