Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Learning & Organizational Development Manager to lead and drive the firm's learning and organizational development function.

This is a unique, standalone role with end-to-end ownership of the learning and development strategy—from identifying organizational needs and designing solutions to implementation, adoption, and measuring impact. The role is based on the firm's HR strategy and works closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational capabilities and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's Learning & Organizational Development function and support initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning, training, leadership, and professional development programs for employees and managers.

• Own and continuously improve the digital learning ecosystem, including the Learning Management System (LMS), while introducing innovative learning technologies and AI-powered solutions.

• Lead cross-functional organizational processes such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, organizational surveys, and development programs.

• Manage the Learning & Development budget, including annual planning, monitoring, cost control, and performance tracking.

• Partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, and external learning providers to ensure learning solutions support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Behavioral Sciences, Education, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and Organizational Development within a medium-to-large organization.

• Proven experience leading learning and development initiatives across multiple business units and management levels.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS); familiarity with AI tools and digital learning solutions is a strong advantage.

• Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions is an advantage.

• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a strategic, systems-thinking approach.
