SAP FI Specialist

Our client, a leading public sector organization in Tel Aviv, is seeking a highly skilled SAP FI specialist to join their implementation team.

You will play a key role in supporting the ongoing optimization and customization of their SAP system, ensuring it aligns with our evolving financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the cross-functional implementation team, managing modules including FI, SD, MM, and CO.

• Analyze and address new development requests and system issues.

• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for process improvements.

• Work effectively with development and testing teams to ensure project deliverables.

• Lead and manage assigned projects independently.

• Leverage your expertise to contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in crafting comprehensive technical and functional specifications, as well as detailed user documentation - Mandatory.

• In-depth understanding of standard SAP functionalities with the ability to tailor them to meet specific needs.

• Experience implementing/developing SAP FI modules, particularly in an S/4HANA environment - Mandatory.

• Familiarity with financial processes and systems within government organizations (highly desirable).

• Prior experience writing specifications for web-based applications – an Advantage.

• Experience working in large organizations, especially within the public sector – anAdvantage.
