Head of Delivery - Digital Division

Entrypoint is looking for an experienced Head of Delivery to lead the Delivery function within our Digital Division.

This role combines people management, ownership of multiple projects, professional leadership of implementation teams, and hands-on involvement in a dynamic technological environment.

The Head of Delivery serves as a key link between customers, implementation teams, Sales, and senior management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading people, driving results, and continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the implementation and Delivery teams.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and go-live.

• Provide professional guidance and mentoring to project managers and implementation teams.

• Manage complex customer escalations and provide effective, professional solutions.

• Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.

• Manage workloads and allocate resources across teams and projects.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth and effective transition from sales to implementation.

• Continuously improve Delivery processes, methodologies, and ways of working.

• Lead technological and AI-driven initiatives as part of the department’s professional development.

• Provide professional and technical guidance to teams when needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Implementation, Delivery, or Professional Services roles - required.

• Experience as an Implementation Team Lead or managing a professional team of 3-6 employees - required.

• Significant experience in a services, systems integration, or project-based company - required.

• Hands-on experience implementing systems and leading complex projects - required.

• Strong understanding of information systems, business processes, and system implementation.

• Experience working directly with business customers.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms - an advantage.

• Broad knowledge of IT, Data, or AI technologies - a significant advantage.
