Menora Mivtachim is looking for an experienced Department Manager – Property, Liability & Special Risks to join our General Insurance Division and lead a key professional department at the heart of our insurance activity.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to combine deep claims expertise, strong people leadership, business thinking, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

• Lead the Property, Liability & Special Risks Claims Department, covering Home, Commercial, Liability, Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, D&O and Cyber claims.

• Manage and develop four Team Leaders and their professional teams.

• Take ownership of complex, significant, and high-value claims.

• Drive operational performance, service quality, process improvement, and automation.

• Work closely with agents, reinsurers, legal counsel, loss adjusters, external providers, and senior internal stakeholders.

• Partner with Underwriting, Finance, Customer Service, Compliance, and other business units.

• Ensure effective risk management and full compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Build, coach, and develop a strong management team and professional claims organization.

Who are we looking for?

• A licensed attorney – required.

• Significant management experience in claims within an insurance company – required.

• Experienced manager

• Proven expertise in Property, Liability and Special Risks.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

• Strong business and service orientation, with the ability to lead change and improve processes.

• High level of English – required.
