Deputy Project Manager – Defense Systems

The role includes overall responsibility for building a management overview, monitoring and controlling program performance, analyzing trends, supporting decision-making, and presenting data to senior management.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and controlling development, production, and R&D investment budgets.

• Building financial models and performing cost analysis throughout the product life cycle.

• Preparing budget forecasts, multi-year work plans, and funding plans.

• Supporting management reviews, status meetings, PMR, PDR, CDR, and other management forums.

• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Production, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

• Supporting proposal preparation, product pricing, and profitability analysis.

• Performing business risk analysis and assessing its impact on program objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting – Required.

• MBA – Advantage.

• At least 1 year of experience in budget control, project management, or economics – Required.

• Experience in building budgets, forecasts, and cost models – Required.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools – Required.

• Ability to prepare presentations and reports for senior management – Required.

• High-level English proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing – Required.
