Development Manager

We are hiring a Development Manager for a public organization located in central Israel

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and leading the development and maintenance areas of application systems, including managing several development teams and leading a central system for managing regulatory processes in the fields of business licensing and construction

• Responsibility for development processes from the specification stage through delivery

• Managing scopes, schedules, and dependencies

• Leading technological decisions מול management and business stakeholders

• Managing and leading development teams and ensuring the execution of technological processes in complex systems

REQUIREMENTS

• 8 years of experience or more in the IT field and employee management

• 5 years of experience or more in software development and/or information systems analysis

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end technological projects, from the specification stage through delivery and implementation

• Experience in professional and personal management of development teams including a variety of roles

• Experience in managing scopes, schedules, priorities, and dependencies between teams, alongside making technological decisions in complex systems
