Mertens MalamTeam is looking for a Development Team Lead to join a leading financial organization in Central Israel

A great opportunity to lead technology teams, take ownership of critical core systems, and influence the technological direction, including the integration of AI capabilities into development processes

Responsibilities

Lead and professionally manage development teams in an Agile environment, with end-to-end ownership of a critical system

Lead Code Reviews, collaborate with architects, implement Best Practices, and drive Technical Design processes

Maintain, upgrade, and stabilize complex Legacy systems

Work with C#, ASP.NET, WebForms, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server, IIS, Web Services, WCF, REST, SOAP, SSIS, SSRS, GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA, and CI/CD

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, and WebForms, including current hands-on WebForms experience

Significant experience in large and complex organizations such as banks or insurance companies, including maintaining and leading critical Legacy systems

Deep expertise in SQL Server, complex queries, Stored Procedures, performance optimization, IIS, and integration with Web Services, WCF, SOAP, and REST

Experience professionally leading development teams, conducting Code Reviews, writing Technical Design documents, and leading Agile development processes

Experience with GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA, and CI/CD
