DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with proven experience supporting production environments, with a strong focus on AWS and Linux.

The role reports directly to the Director of DevOps and involves working with cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, containers, databases, and distributed environments built on a Microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain reliable production environments on AWS.

• Manage cloud infrastructure, networking, servers, and databases.

• Work extensively with Linux-based systems and services.

• Build, run, and manage containers in Linux environments.

• Support distributed systems based on Microservices architecture.

• Write Python scripts to support automation and operational processes.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system availability, stability, and performance.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.

• Proven experience working in a Microservices-based architecture.

• At least 2 years of professional hands-on experience with AWS, including:

• Building and managing cloud environments and network infrastructure.

• Provisioning and managing virtual machines and servers.

• Setting up and managing databases.

• Professional hands-on experience with Linux, including:

• Working with files, processes, and services.

• Building and running containers in Linux environments.

• Working with curl for API communication and troubleshooting.

• Basic Python knowledge, including the ability to write scripts.

• Hands-on experience with containers and Docker.

Significant Advantages

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

• Experience working with Docker, containers, and complex Microservices environments.
