DevOps Lead | Leading Company (5486)

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on DevOps Lead to lead our DevOps and Developer Experience (DevX) team. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, team management, and hands-on engineering while driving AI-powered SDLC transformation, enhancing developer productivity, and modernizing enterprise DevOps platforms and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and Platform Engineers.

• Drive AI-powered SDLC initiatives and integrate tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.

• Design and improve Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture, coding, and PoCs.

• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Product teams to enhance developer productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading DevOps, DevX, Platform Engineering, or Software Development teams.

• Hands-on development experience with Java, Python, or Node.js.

• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Langflow, Agno).

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Terraform, Jenkins, and/or GitHub Actions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GCP and Vertex AI.

• Experience with Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft 365 Agents.

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
