DevOps Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to spearhead the development and operations infrastructure across the organization. The role involves defining the strategy, planning, and execution of DevOps processes, ensuring high levels of automation, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team in implementing methodologies and technological solutions.

• Plan, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure within Azure environments.

• Set up and maintain Kubernetes clusters and related solutions.

• Develop and implement CI/CD processes using Jenkins and additional tools.

• Write, maintain, and enhance automation scripts with Groovy.

• Manage and optimize IIS servers and Windows Server environments.

• Support development teams working with .NET Core and Node.js.

• Implement monitoring tools and incident management processes.

• Continuously improve automation pipelines and infrastructure.

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in team management

• Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud services.

• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes administration and optimization.

• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms, especially Jenkins.

• Proficiency in automation scripting with Groovy.

• Familiarity with IIS and Windows Server environments.

• Experience supporting .NET Core and Node.js development environments.

• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, ARM Templates).

• Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.

• Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
