Devsecops Engineer

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior DevSecOps / Cloud Security Engineer, joining an international team (collaborating with engineers in Europe and a Team Lead in Israel) to drive technical excellence, elevate cloud security posture, and modernize infrastructure workflows.

• Taking complete ownership of cloud security architecture across AWS and/or GCP, enforcing robust security controls around IAM, networking, encryption (KMS), and centralized logging.

• Implementing and automating industry-standard cloud security benchmarks and frameworks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, least-privilege access models, compliance automation).

• Designing, building, and securing advanced CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD), seamlessly embedding automated security scanning (SAST/DAST, dependency checking, container security) directly into developer workflows (Shift-Left Security).

• Partnering cross-functionally with DevOps, R&D, and Data/AI engineering squads to ensure high availability, resilience, and secure-by-design production environments.

Requirements-

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Security Engineering, or SRE – Mandatory

• At least 2+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in DevSecOps or Cloud Security – Mandatory

• Deep, practical expertise securing Cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP), including IAM governance, VPC networking, KMS/Encryption, audit logging, and CIS Benchmarks – Mandatory

• Proven background in architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Argo) with integrated automated security testing – Mandatory

• Hands-on proficiency with containerization and container security (Docker, Kubernetes) – Mandatory

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) – Significant Advantage

• High proficiency in English (written and verbal) for seamless collaboration with distributed
