🚀 NVWear is looking for a CTO / Technology Leader

NVWear is developing next-generation thermal vision smart glasses, combining electro-optics, thermal imaging, embedded AI/computer vision and edge computing into a compact wearable platform.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on technology leader to own the R&D and lead the product from prototype through MVP and field pilots.

:Looking for experience in

Multidisciplinary system engineering and complex hardware-software productsd *

I* Integration of optics, imaging/cameras, display & projection systems, embedded compute, electronics and power management

Embedded systems, edge computing and integration of AI/Computer Vision into hardware *

System architecture and leading multidisciplinary R&D teams *

Electro-optics, thermal imaging and defense-tech — strong advantage *

The role can initially be part-time with equity/options, with a clear path to a paid, full-time CTO position in the near term. We are currently in an active investment process.
