Senior Product Manager & AI Builder – Fintech Solutions

About The Role

Storenext is seeking a Senior Product Manager & AI Builder to lead the development of innovative AI-powered fintech solutions.

This role combines strategic product leadership, deep customer engagement, and hands-on innovation. You will identify market opportunities, understand customer challenges, define product strategy, and drive the development of solutions across Payments, Treasury, Financial Operations, and ERP integrations.

The ideal candidate is a customer-centric product leader and builder who can translate complex business needs into scalable products. They possess a strong strategic mindset, a deep understanding of fintech ecosystems, and hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI technologies to accelerate product innovation, automation, and business value.

Working closely with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will shape the future of Storenext’s fintech platform—from product vision and discovery through successful delivery and market adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered fintech solutions.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

• Identify emerging opportunities and define strategic product initiatives that drive business growth.

• Lead product discovery, customer research, and validation activities.

• Design, prototype, and validate AI-powered products, agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.

• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

• Drive product adoption, customer value, and measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

• Stay at the forefront of AI innovation and evaluate emerging technologies to create a competitive advantage.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech, Payments, Treasury, Financial Operations, ERP, or B2B SaaS environments.

• Proven track record of building and launching products from concept to production.

• Strong customer-facing experience, including product discovery and customer interviews.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar.

• Experience designing or leading AI-powered applications, workflows, agents, copilots, or automation solutions.

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise software architectures.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AI agent architectures, MCP, RAG, workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering.

• Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Priority, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Basic technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
