Digital Financial Systems Analyst

Area Responsibilities:

Formulation and precision of business requirements: Working directly with internal customers to understand things, analyze processes and translate them into precise functional and technical requirements, including managing changes in requirements throughout the life of the project.

Leading end-to-end characterization processes - from formulating solutions on (HLD) from a systems perspective to writing end-to-end characterization documents (LLD) for the worlds of Web, Mobile and integration.

Working closely with the development and testing (QA) teams throughout all stages of implementation, within the framework of the Agile/Scrum methodology.

Characterizing complex interfaces in a Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture environment, including defining APIs (REST, GraphQL), JSON structures and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.

Collaborating with UX/UI teams to validate wireframes and prototypes against business requirements, while ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Integrating generative AI tools into work processes to streamline characterization, documentation, and requirements analysis - an advantage

Threshold requirements:

Professional experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in systems analysis in a data-driven environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a relevant degree with a specialization in Information Systems from a recognized university - an advantage;

Digital expertise: Proven experience working with web systems and mobile applications.

Technical skills: Experience in writing API specifications (REST), in-depth understanding of JSON, and an advantage for practical experience working with DB (SQL queries).

Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Analyst's toolbox: Mastery of characterization and modeling of business processes, mastery of modeling in the UML language including Use Case Diagrams and associated specifications, writing sequence diagrams and Activity Diagrams, and understanding of Microservices architecture. Familiarity with characterization and modeling tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart or similar tools.
