Job Description:

• Responsibility for digital learning, training, and implementation development as part of a team.

• Macro development, micro development, and writing "Cracking" documents.

• Management of training development projects and management of work interfaces with suppliers and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant education.

• At least 3 years of experience.

• Experience in instructional development, with proven experience in micro and macro development and "Cracking".

• High-level proficiency with GEN AI tools (text, video, sound, etc.).

• Experience working in large organizations and working with senior stakeholders within the organization.

• High-level proficiency in Storyline and video creation software such as Powtoon.

• Familiarity with ADOBE software.

• High-level proficiency in Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
