About the Role

A leading bank in Central Israel is looking for a Digital Technology Asset Manager to take end to end technology ownership of the bank's digital assets, including websites and mobile applications.

The role serves as a key connection between Business, Product, Digital, Development, and Technology teams, with responsibility for ensuring seamless integration between digital platforms and the bank's core systems.

Responsibilities

• Take end to end technology ownership of digital websites and applications

• Represent the Technology Division within Agile teams

• Plan and coordinate releases and production deployments

• Coordinate development activities and roadmaps across multiple systems and teams

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Digital teams, developers, and business stakeholders

• Support solution design and raise technological considerations during the requirements phase

• Manage integrations between digital solutions and core banking systems

• Oversee acceptance testing and ensure solution quality

• Review and approve HLD and LLD documents

• Identify technological constraints and drive issues through resolution

• Support system analysis and the design of technology solutions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with banking systems, required

• Proven experience managing information systems within financial organizations

• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with digital platforms, including Web and Mobile applications

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Strong understanding of complex system integrations

• Broad system level and analytical thinking

• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Academic degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
