Company Description Self-employed is seeking a Digital & Web Designer to support a variety of client-focused projects in Netanya. The work involves collaborating directly with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective digital experiences. Assignments can range from designing websites and digital assets to improving existing interfaces for usability and visual impact. This environment offers creative independence, ownership of end-to-end design processes, and exposure to diverse industries and project types. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital & Web Designer role based in Netanya. The designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering modern website layouts and digital interfaces that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include creating visual concepts, graphics, and design systems, producing responsive web designs, and collaborating on front-end implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution. The role also involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing design mockups and prototypes, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints. The designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet agreed timelines, and ensure all deliverables are optimized for usability, accessibility, and performance. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills for creating user-centered, multi-device experiences.

• Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing visual assets, layouts, and brand-aligned digital materials.

• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills to collaborate effectively on implementation and ensure designs are technically feasible.

• Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic knowledge of UX best practices.

• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.

• Candidates should possess relevant experience in digital or web design; a portfolio demonstrating completed web and digital projects is required.
