Role Description The Director at Lernx Hiring June RO24 will provide strategic leadership for the digital learning portfolio, ensuring that programs align with organizational goals and market needs. This full-time, on-site role in North District, Israel includes overseeing program design and delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and establishing performance metrics for learner outcomes and business growth. The Director will collaborate with academic, industry, and operations stakeholders to enhance curriculum quality, optimize learner experience, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include budget oversight, resource planning, risk management, and representing Lernx in key external partnerships and initiatives. Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior leadership or director-level roles in education technology, digital learning, or a related field.

• Strong background in strategic planning, program management, and stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams in an on-site environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Experience with online courses, training programs, mentorship models, or placement preparation initiatives is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with learning design, curriculum development, and data-driven performance measurement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage.
