Director of Engineering

Lead Enlight's engineering function and engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle—from development and design, through procurement and construction, to project handover and operational support. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent engineering standards, technical and economic optimization, engineering risk management, and the leadership of project engineering teams. Reporting to VP Engineering

Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector. • 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams. • Significant experience with utility-scale solar projects. • Proven experience with BESS projects – Mandatory. • Wind energy experience – Strong advantage. • Experience with EPC, OEM, and Project Finance processes. • Experience working on projects in Europe.
