Director of Finance

Requirements: • CPA certification with Big-4 background. • 5-7 years of financial experience, including in-house roles in small-to-medium tech companies. • Proven experience in driving AI implementation and automation tools in finance workflows. • Strong expertise in NetSuite, US GAAP, IL GAAP, Israeli tax regulations, and statutory reporting. • Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven, with passion to influence and make an impact at all levels. • Professional maturity and strong leadership skills, ability to act as a financial business partner for senior management. • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills, capable of delivering under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). It can be a great plus if you have: • Experience in leading and managing a finance and bookkeeping team. • Experience in the Ad-Tech industry or environment. • Experience in supervising external service providers.
