הובלת כלל תחומי ה-Production Reliability, NOC, Incident Management, ITSM, Observability וAIOps תוך אחריות על יציבות, זמינות ורציפות תפעולית של מערכות קריטיות.
התפקיד כולל הובלת מעבר מתפעול תגובתי לתפעול פרואקטיבי, מבוסס אוטומציה, מדדים ויכולות AI.
דרישות
• ניסיון של 5+ שנים בעולמות תשתיות, תפעול IT, ייצור, NOC, ITSM או Reliability.
• ניסיון של 5+ שנים בניהול מנהלים וצוותים טכנולוגיים בארגון גדול.
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול סביבות Production ומערכים 24/7.
• ניסיון בהובלת Incident, Problem וChange Management.
• היכרות מעמיקה עם ITIL וITSM.
• ניסיון בעולמות Monitoring, Observability, AIOps או SRE – יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון מחברות Online או Fintech - יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולת הובלת שינוי, עבודה בממשקים רבים וקבלת החלטות בסביבה דינמית.
