Follow: Blog , Insta , LinkedIn , Twitter As a Director of Domain Ownership (Director of Product Engineering) you will be leading a group of senior teams that blend product thinking with hands-on engineering. your teams define the problem, write the spec, build the solution, and own the outcome — and you set the bar, direction, and pace for all of it. What you'll do: • Lead multiple teams (~10–15 Domain Owners), owning what gets built, how well it's built, and the commercial impact on the business. • Set technical and product direction across teams, driving spec-driven, AI-augmented delivery to ensure clear, testable requirements before engineering begins. • Maintain high technical credibility to review architecture, unblock decisions, and bridge communication between technical teams and commercial stakeholders. • Hire, coach, and retain senior Domain Owners and Team Leads, establishing performance expectations and career growth across the organization.

Requirements: We're looking for an Engineer with deep commercial understanding - or a Product Manager with deep technical roots who grew into leadership, developed a sharp product instinct: • 10+ years in R&D and/or Product Management • 3+ years leading engineering/product teams - managing managers is a must. • A track record of building, scaling, and retaining teams that ship products end-to-end. • Strong hands-on technical foundation - TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL (Redux, Jest a plus) - enough to review specs and architecture credibly. • 2+ years working with AI tools and LLM orchestration, and a clear point of view on AI-augmented delivery. • Comfortable leading a distributed team across sites and time zones (Tel Aviv / Dubai). • Comfortable leading a multi-cultural team • Ability to set and hold a quality bar across multiple teams at once. • Commercial-first thinking, using data to challenge your teams' assumptions (and your own). • Excellent English. • Bonus: exposure to regulated payments, reconciliation, or large-scale system migrations.
