The office is located in the Sharon region (within walking distance of a train station) with two work-from-home days per week. The company has around 500 employees globally, most of whom are based in Israel.
The role includes:
• Leading and managing a development team (currently 3 members, growing to 7-8)
• Architecting and implementing high-performance sensing software components for AI vision, Audio, and Voice, optimized for vectorized SIMD execution
• Developing a Sensing SDK integrating computer vision, audio, and voice libraries with AI operators for NPUs and DSPs – NeuPro-M, NeuPro-Nano, and SensPro2
• Working on NPUs supporting LLMs, classical CNNs, and Audio & Voice AI with DSP integration
• Developing embedded software solutions and graph compilers for AI applications in AR/VR, 3D processing, and Generative AI
• Combining AI algorithms with classical algorithms for Audio, Voice, SLAM, Vision, LiDAR, and more
• Collaborating with compiler and DevOps teams
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring software quality
Requirements
• BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Experience managing software development teams
• Strong background in DSP Sensing development (AI, Computer Vision, Audio, and Voice)
• Strong experience in parallel computing, such as SIMD
• Familiarity with hardware architecture
• Experience in Embedded software development
• Experience collaborating with compiler teams or performing low-level optimization
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
• MSc in a relevant field – advantage
• Proficiency in C++ including modern standards and performance optimization – advantage
