Cloud Team Lead- Kiryat Bialik

OMC Group, a leading global cloud infrastructure provider, is looking for an experienced Cloud Team Lead to lead a professional team in a dynamic, global technology environment.

The role combines technical leadership and team management with the analysis and resolution of complex customer issues across Linux and Windows environments, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities • Provide professional and technical leadership to the Cloud team.

• Manage, prioritize, and allocate tasks according to team and customer needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Linux and Windows environments.

• Work with networking systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud environments.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis from a broad, system-level perspective.

• Mentor, train, and provide ongoing professional guidance to team members.

• Collaborate closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization in a global environment.

• Provide high-quality technical support and service to the company's customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements • Professional training or certification in Networking, Communications, Cloud, or CCNA – required.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in Cloud, virtualization, and Microsoft/Linux operating systems – required.

• Previous team management and/or professional technical leadership experience – strong advantage.

• Experience working with Web-based environments – strong advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and complex problem-solving skills, with a system-wide perspective.

• Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• High level of English.
