Personal Computer Technician

COMBLACK is hiring a PC Technician!

The role includes installation and maintenance of Windows workstations, support for peripheral equipment and end users, and providing ongoing technical assistance in a dynamic work environment.

What are we looking for?

• 2 years of experience in technical support, including PC, Help Desk, or Field Support

• Strong knowledge of workstation installation and maintenance, peripheral equipment such as printers and projectors, Active Directory, and Office 365

• Familiarity with basic network infrastructure, including TCP/IP and Wi-Fi

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Valid Class B driver’s license – Significant advantage
