Role Description We're looking for a Maker: Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with a passion for materials science, precision engineering, and complex system integration to help us push the boundaries of what's possible in adaptive camouflage systems.

Qualifications

• R&D

• Hands-on skills in fine mechanics and mechanical design on Solid for lightweight, dynamic systems

• A talent for independent problem-solving and rapid prototyping

• Bonus: Background in defense, aerospace, or hardware startups

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our multi-layered, flexible camouflage tile system

• Collaborate with optics, software, and manufacturing experts

• Design for real-world military conditions – rugged, reliable, and ready
