Student AI Product Operations

We're hiring our first Product Operations to join the product team and help build and optimize the systems behind our AI agents. You'd start close to the engine: writing and testing the logic, fixing what breaks, and doing hands-on prompt engineering. Over time it grows into broader product and AI work.

Fast-paced, high ownership. Starts ~60% part-time, can grow to full-time.

Requirements

• Proven track record of standout personal success and exceptional delivery

• MUST-HAVE: Knows CRO, eCommerce, and how online stores actually convert

• Process oriented, builds by default, ships fast

• Uses AI tools daily, comfortable in Claude Code

• Strong analytical thinking, comfortable digging into data

• Writes clearly and thinks in edge cases

• English fluent
