Head of Project Management in Manufacturing

At Elbit Cyclone site in Bar Lev, we are seeking a Head of Project Management in Manufacturing

This is an opportunity to take part in a central and impactful role at the heart of our operational execution, encompassing professional and managerial leadership of the Project Management in Manufacturing function

In this role, you will be a significant partner in leading complex manufacturing processes, improving operational performance, and strengthening collaboration among key interfaces across the organization

In this role you will

Lead and manage project managers in manufacturing professionally

Approve weekly and monthly work plans

Plan and control work plans and tasks versus execution

Coach and provide professional leadership to project managers in manufacturing

Implement a matrix of links between project managers and parallel functions

Manage escalations and operational risks

Control manufacturing budgets and ensure budget targets are met

Create synergy among engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality functions

Monitor ERP system visibility

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management

Proven experience managing complex operational projects

Managerial experience and leadership of matrix teams

Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality, engineering, and procurement

Full proficiency with ERP systems

Strong analytical, planning, and control capabilities

Excellent interpersonal skills, systemic thinking, initiative, and problem-solving ability
