🚀 We're Hiring: Financial Investment Systems Manager (5488)

Role Purpose

A hands-on leader driving end-to-end investment application systems. This role requires active involvement in execution—moving tasks forward, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring system stability, high availability, and business value. You will hold overall ownership of Front-Office Trading systems, API integrations, and Data Warehouse (DWH) platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on System Management: Direct, active execution—not just high-level guidance, but stepping in to execute whenever needed.

• End-to-End Ownership: Driving projects and tasks relentlessly toward targets, deadlines, and successful delivery.

• Complex Troubleshooting: Resolving technical and operational roadblocks efficiently.

• Data Warehouse (DWH) Leadership: Owning, expanding, and developing the data platform with a deep understanding of data models and relationships.

• API Integrations: Leading and managing API-based integrations across platforms.

• Front Trading Systems: Managing trading systems and supporting mission-critical investment workflows.

• Vendor Management: Managing 3rd-party software development and maintenance, including diving into technical fine points.

• Incident Management: Leading critical production issue resolution and driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to full resolution.

• Operations & Monitoring: Establishing and optimizing monitoring, control, and day-to-day operational routines.

• Process Optimization: Analyzing business processes to drive automation and continuous improvement.

• Technical Documentation: Authoring high-level technical specifications, architecture designs, and operational routines.

• Budgeting & Prioritization: Managing budgets and task priorities while balancing business needs with technological feasibility.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience leading end-to-end execution (from requirements gathering to production delivery) across matrixed technical teams, both internal and external software vendors.

• Strong experience in designing and writing technical documentation (application architecture, system specs, SOPs, etc.).

• Proven business and technical background in Investment Systems / Capital Markets.

• Hands-on expertise in:

• DWH / Data Platforms

• APIs & Integrations

• Front-Office Trading Systems

• Experience in mission-critical Production environments, including incident management and root-cause analysis.

• Ownership of proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance processes.

• Hands-on experience with vendor management, contractual engagements, and budget planning.

• Demonstrated ability to lead tech solutions for cross-organizational processes.

Education & Certification

• B.Sc. in a Technological field or Industrial Engineering & Management.

• Formal background/certification in Systems Analysis.
