Flight Test Engineer

We are looking for

A Flight Test Engineer for a unique and challenging role at our company sites in Haifa and Modiin, responsible for end-to-end flight testing of unmanned aerial systems

You will work at the forefront of UAS technology in a dynamic environment and make a direct impact on fielding breakthrough systems. Come be part of a high-performing team in a leading defense organization

In this role you will

Plan and lead flight tests in collaboration with engineering development teams

Define instrumentation and data acquisition, and author test plans, flight cards, debriefs and test reports

Manage test execution in the field, including analysis and interpretation of recorded data

Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering in one of the following: Aeronautics and Space / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

M.Sc. degree - advantage

Proven experience in the UAS domain (operational / technical / training / administrative) - advantage

High-level English proficiency - speaking, reading and writing

Willingness to travel abroad for periods of a week or more

Willingness to work in the field and during non-standard hours

Ability to work under pressure and make decisions under uncertainty, with excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
