AI Governance Manager

COMBLACK is hiring an AI GRC Specialist for a large enterprise in Central Israel!

An exciting opportunity to take on a leading role at the intersection of GRC, risk management, and Artificial Intelligence, directly impacting governance and regulatory frameworks for innovative AI projects.

What does the role include?

• Leading the enterprise AI Governance domain

• Drafting and implementing policies and procedures for secure AI usage

• Conducting cyber risk assessments for AI systems, pipelines, and processes

• Providing end-to-end guidance and oversight for AI initiatives

• Collaborating with Cyber Security, IT, Legal, and Executive Management

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in GRC / Cyber Risk Management

• Hands-on experience authoring policies, procedures, and risk assessments

• Solid understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, and bots

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR standards – Advantage

• High-level English proficiency
