GRC Project Manager

GRC Project Manager - Temporary with Extension Option

What You'll Do:

Lead projects and processes in GRC and information security

Manage and monitor vendor and supply chain risk, including controls and assessment processes

Drive penetration testing (PT) initiatives and periodic control processes, tracking remediation plans through to gap closure

Consolidate and track internal and external audit findings, managing work plans through to resolution

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive findings through to completion and closure approval

Validate procedures, controls, and workflows in line with regulatory and business requirements

Write, update, and maintain policies, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies across information security, cyber, and compliance

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of GRC experience in a financial company or consulting firm — required

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and processes across multiple stakeholders, with strong task management, organization, and follow-through to closure

• Familiarity with Bank of Israel directives, financial regulations, and relevant compliance requirements — required

• Familiarity with the PCI-DSS standard and experience implementing its requirements within an organization — an advantage

• Self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment
