IT Tech Lead

We are looking for a IT Tech Lead Engineer to own and evolve our modern, cloud-first workplace infrastructure. This role is highly SaaS-active, focusing heavily on identity lifecycle automation and automated endpoint management. You pair deep infrastructure skills with an AI-forward mindset, actively leveraging AI tools to automate operations, optimize internal workflows, and secure our fully digital environment.

What am I going to do?:

• Identity & Access Management: Own Okta as our primary IdP. Architect and automate complex identity lifecycles, directory integrations, and context-aware adaptive MFA policies.

• Endpoint Management (MDM): Design and manage our enterprise Apple ecosystem using Jamf Pro. Optimize zero-touch deployment (Apple Business Manager), patch management, and security configurations.

• SaaS & Cloud Operations: Act as the primary administrator for our core SaaS stack. Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows.

• AI Integration & Automation: Implement AI-driven operations (AIOps) for smart monitoring, predictive analytics, and low-code/no-code automated IT support workflows.

• Security & Compliance: Lead the technical execution of security roadmaps, actively driving initiatives to meet and exceed annual compliance targets. Partner with security to enforce zero-trust architecture, manage vulnerability patching, and pull automated evidence for compliance audits (SOC2/ISO 27001).

Requirements:

• 6+ years in systems engineering, modern IT infrastructure, or DevOps.

• Identity Expert: Deep, hands-on administration experience with Okta (advanced lifecycle management, API integrations, and SAML/OIDC configuration).

• MDM Expert: Advanced engineering experience with Jamf Pro (building configuration profiles, managing extension attributes, and scripting policy deployments).

• AI Literacy: Proven track record of using AI tools (e.g., Copilots, LLM APIs) to accelerate scripting or optimize IT workflows.

• Automation: Highly proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and using SaaS integration platforms (e.g., Okta Workflows, Workato).

• A "SaaS-first" mindset that favors API integration and automation over manual configuration.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex technical architecture simply.
