Senior Data Scientist

Mobitech has over 10+ years of expertise working with mobile & TV manufacturers, carriers, and app developers- providing growth and advertising solutions that reach millions of users worldwide.

We're looking for an experienced Data Scientist / Growth Analyst to help optimize and scale our global search arbitrage business.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize Google Search Feed and AdSense performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve RPC, RPM, and overall profitability.

• Analyze publisher quality, traffic quality, and user behavior across multiple GEOs and domains.

• Build data models and dashboards to identify performance bottlenecks.

• Lead experiments across search feed layouts, landing pages, article content, and monetization strategies.

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve search monetization performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage, Google AdSense, Search Feed, or Publisher Monetization.

• Strong SQL and Python skills.

• Deep understanding of publisher monetization, traffic quality, feed optimization, and revenue optimization.

• Proven experience improving RPC, RPM, and publisher profitability.

• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a data-driven approach.
