Senior Technical Manager (Naval Systems) JB-5148

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system engineering authority for complex naval projects within the business division

• Lead the project’s technical coordination and oversight across all development teams and stakeholders along the project’s full engineering lifecycle

• Ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements in terms of performance, quality, schedule, and customer needs

• Act as the technical interface to the customer

• Act as the primary engineering interface to R&D division

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• 10+ years of experience in a similar position

• Proven experience in development and integration of multi-disciplinary systems

• Proven leadership and costumer interface experience (e.g., team leader, project lead)

• Strong naval background – significant advantage

• Willingness to travel abroad as needed

• Deep engineering knowledge and the ability to manage across various technical disciplines

• Strong decision-making skills, including prioritization, trade-off analysis, and engineering activity management
