Full Stack Tech Lead

We are building a stealth mobile gaming venture and looking for a founding Tech Lead to join the core team.

The venture is led by an experienced founder who previously built and scaled a gaming company valued in the hundreds of millions.

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can build, lead, and shape the architecture of a high-engagement mobile gaming product from day one.

What you’ll do

• Lead the technical direction across mobile, frontend, backend, and infrastructure

• Build core product features hands-on using React Native, TypeScript, and modern full stack technologies

• Define the architecture for a scalable, mobile-first B2C product

• Work closely with product, design, and the founding team

• Guide engineers, review code, and set engineering standards

• Build systems for onboarding, engagement loops, push notifications, personalization, analytics, and retention

• Own technical quality, performance, release processes, and development velocity

• Help shape the engineering culture and team structure from the ground up

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading engineers

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript

• Backend experience with Node.js, API design, databases, and cloud infrastructure

• Strong understanding of mobile performance, app lifecycle, navigation, analytics, push notifications, and release processes

• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions in an early-stage environment
