A leading law firm, one of the largest in Israel, is seeking an Experienced Attorney to join its Tenders & Infrastructure Department. The role involves advising on complex infrastructure projects, public and commercial tenders, and commercial law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support in the fields of public and commercial tenders.

• Handle infrastructure projects and other complex projects.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Advise on administrative proceedings and administrative petitions related to tender law.

• Work closely with public authorities, companies, and developers.

Requirements:

• Qualified Attorney with 3–5 years of experience at a leading law firm – mandatory.

• Experience in public tenders and infrastructure projects – mandatory.

• Experience drafting commercial agreements – mandatory.

• Administrative litigation orientation and experience with administrative petitions – a significant advantage.

• Commercial law experience – an advantage.

• Experience with technology-related projects – an advantage.

• Very high level of English – mandatory.

• Ability to work independently, strong legal analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a professional and dynamic environment.
