IT Project Portfolio Manager

Comblack is hiring an IT Project Portfolio Manager for a leading financial organization in Central Israel.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the IT project portfolio, bridge business needs with strategic objectives, and play a key role in planning and executing the organization's IT roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the IT project portfolio.

• Build and manage the annual work plan and budget.

• Develop and implement KPIs, governance frameworks, and portfolio control methodologies.

• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects – mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – mandatory.

• Experience working in a large enterprise organization and managing project portfolios – mandatory.

• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
