We’re hiring: Junior Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Sweepstakes)

Looking to step up in affiliate marketing?

If you already have ~6+ months of experience in iGaming / sweepstakes and want to grow fast — this is your chance.

We’re not looking for someone to just “manage” affiliates.

We want someone who’s curious, analytical, and thinks like a detective

What you’ll do:

Support and manage affiliate partnerships

Find new affiliates + traffic sources (Telegram, Discord, etc.)

Analyze performance and understand what’s actually driving results

Help scale campaigns with the team

Monitor traffic quality and flag issues early

What we’re looking for:

~6+ months experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming / sweeps is a big plus)

Analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with numbers

Hungry to learn and grow fast

Proactive attitude (you don’t wait to be told what to do)

Good communication skills

Nice to have:

Additional languages (Russian / Spanish / Portuguese)

Basic understanding of PPC / paid traffic

Any connections in the affiliate space

Please note that this role follows a Monday–Friday work schedule, including a full working day on Friday, with Sunday as the designated day off.
