Senior Development Engineer – Mechanical Systems Join an innovative defense-tech startup developing next-generation electromechanical products.

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Development Engineer to lead product development from concept to production in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of innovative mechanical products

Design complex mechanisms and electromechanical systems

Develop prototypes, validate designs, and support manufacturing

Work closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams

Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

8+ years of product development experience

Proven experience leading products from concept to production

Strong CAD design skills

Hands-on, creative, and independent

Advantages

Experience in defense, robotics, drones, or multidisciplinary systems

M.Sc. is an advantage

Full-time position based in Herzliya
