Technical Application Support Engineer Haifa Area | Defense Industry

We are looking for a Technical Application Support Engineer to join a leading defense organization in Haifa.

This position combines enterprise systems support, SQL-based investigations, troubleshooting, production environments, and close collaboration with development, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams. Responsibilities • Support and maintain a critical enterprise application in a production environment

• Investigate and resolve application and system-related issues

• Perform SQL queries, data validation and data corrections

• Work closely with development, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams

• Support end users across multiple business units

• Participate in system upgrades, integrations and ongoing improvements Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

• Experience in Application Support, System Support, Production Support or Enterprise Applications

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience working with enterprise systems and production environments

• Troubleshooting mindset and strong analytical skills Advantages • Experience with PLM, ERP or enterprise applications

• Scripting experience (Python, Shell, PowerShell)

• Familiarity with DevOps processes

• Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM platforms
