We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst Student to join our Business Intelligence team.

The successful candidate will help develop and validate reports and dashboards, ensure data quality and performance, and participate in AI and analytics projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Performance Analytics

• Perform testing and data validation activities.

• Monitor report and dashboard performance.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• AI Solutions

• Support the definition, maintenance, testing, and validation of AI agents and AI-driven solutions.

• Assist in evaluating AI outputs and monitoring performance.

• Analytics Platform Migration

• Recreate and validate key reports and dashboards as part of the migration to a new analytics infrastructure.

• Ensure consistency between legacy and new reporting environments.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with BI team members and business stakeholders.

• Gather requirements, provide analytical support, and communicate findings effectively

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (3rd or 4th year).

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data and performance issues.

• Basic understanding of AI concepts, tools, and methodologies.

• Experience with or knowledge of Snowflake and Power BI is an advantage.
