Position Description

This role focuses on professional content development for international school admission and placement tests, alongside hands-on technical work within the company’s testing platform.

The position combines analytical writing, research, visual content creation, and structured system work.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing high-level practice questions, detailed solutions, and clear explanations

• Developing full-length simulations aligned with real tests

• Researching and analyzing international screening exams

• Translating complex testing logic into clear, structured, user-friendly content

• Creating supporting materials such as charts, diagrams, and visual questions

• Technical work within the testing system – entering content into the platform, assembling tests from existing materials, performing quality checks and validation

• Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials

• Team collaboration and professional feedback

• Responding to content-related inquiries and improving materials accordingly

Mandatory Requirements:

• Very high level of English (reading, writing, precise wording)

• Psychometric score of 680+ or proven equivalent analytical achievement

• Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent structured writing skills

• Technological orientation and comfort working with digital systems

• Proven teamwork experience

Advantages:

• Experience writing educational or training content

• Experience in writing questions for the Psychometric Entrance Test or in psychometric test preparation

• Background in cognitive or educational fields

• Experience working with graphic tools (e.g., Figma) – advantage

• Experience creating visual instructional materials
