Cellular NOC Engineer

We are hiring a Cellular NOC Engineer for a technology company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Work with advanced monitoring and control systems to manage the cellular network

• Monitor the network and identify faults in real time

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely

• Lead operational incidents in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and external vendors

• Document incidents, generate reports, and work in a 24/7 shift-based technological environment

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a NOC Operator

• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Good technical English

• Strong technological orientation and excellent self-learning abilities

• Familiarity with communication networks and cellular networks – advantage
