End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes for technology positions in leading organizations in the economy, locating candidates on social networks including LinkedIn,

Performing in-depth telephone interviews, accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process and promoting them with client managers and strategic clients, working with leading clients in the private and government sectors while meeting targets

Requirements

At least one year of experience in recruitment required

Experience in conducting in-depth telephone interviews

Recognition and understanding of OS recruitment processes

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure while meeting targets

High motivation and desire to develop and succeed
