PC Technician | Northern Israel | Temporary Field Position

Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Computer & Network Technician to join a leading organization in Northern Israel. This is a temporary field-based opportunity for an experienced IT professional to provide technical support, maintain end-user environments, and manage on-site infrastructure in a dynamic enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware and software issues

Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange environments

Provide technical support for TCP/IP networking, Windows, and Microsoft Office

Support IP and analog telephony systems

Deliver remote and on-site technical support

Manage small to medium-sized technical projects

Handle information security incidents and ensure operational continuity

Work in a full-time field position, Sunday through Thursday, morning hours, with a company vehicle provided

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Computer Technician in a medium-sized or large organization

Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Exchange

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking

Experience with IP telephony systems

Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and technical support
