Role Description

Join our team to support deployments of our product across customer environments and the cloud, and ensure the health, availability and performance of production systems. You will also have a hand in DevOps infrastructure.

Responsibilities - Own production end-to-end, from installation and maintenance to migrations and monitoring. Manage high-throughput data pipelines and cutting-edge ML systems. - Guide customers through installation of the product: Explain technical requirements, explore data pipeline integrations, and work with customer IT and cyber teams to deliver bespoke solutions. - Work together with our Sales and Customer Success teams to provide technical clarity when discussing with prospects and customers. - Act as second-line technical support for complex problems that require deep troubleshooting and backend operations.

Alongside the core role, you'll also contribute to our DevOps work - CI pipelines, general infrastructure, and deployments.

We're looking for someone who: - Works autonomously and learns independently, while knowing when to pull in a colleague. - Has good written and spoken English. - Communicates clearly with customers and internal stakeholders. - Comfortable working in Python and with self-managed services, databases and custom tooling. - Familiar with troubleshooting networked environments (DNS, firewalls, web proxies, etc).

Technologies Python, Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, TCP/IP, Postgres, ClickHouse, Redpanda/Kafka, GitLab, OpenTelemetry, OpenTofu/Terraform. Windows (for reasons beyond our control).
