Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is looking for an Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join the MRO Plant within the Aviation Group.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on developing repair and maintenance processes for aviation electrical components and avionics, providing professional engineering support to operational departments, and working with aviation authorities, customers, and local and international suppliers.

What the Role Includes:

• Developing repair and maintenance processes for aviation electrical components and avionics.

• Providing professional engineering support to the Avionics and Electrical Operations departments.

• Working with aviation authorities, customers, and local and international suppliers.

• Preparing manufacturing documentation and process specifications, supporting the implementation of new products and ensuring compliance with schedules.

• Combining engineering expertise with hands-on fieldwork, initiative, and independent responsibility.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical & Electronics Engineer – Mandatory.

• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking – Mandatory.

• Experience in the aviation industry – Significant Advantage.

• Experience with electrical drawing/design software – Advantage.

• Experience with simulation software – Advantage.

• Experience in RF – Advantage.

• Experience in analog, digital, and power circuit analysis – Advantage.

• Experience preparing manufacturing documentation and process specifications, meeting schedules, and supporting the implementation of new products – Advantage.

• Good command of Microsoft Office – Mandatory.

• Experience with SAP – Advantage.
